CONTEST PERIOD: The Denny's Seats Contest ("Contest") begins at 12:01 a.m. (Central Time ("CT") on 2/6/09, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on 11/11/09 ("Contest Period").

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access as of the beginning of the Contest period. Employees of Sponsor Entities are not eligible to win. Contest is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

ENTRY: To enter, complete the Contest entry form at www.dennyhamlin.com/seats along with your original testimonial, and submit the completed form via the website. The entry must be the original work of the entrant, describe the entrant's reason they feel they deserve four (4) tickets to a NASCAR Sprint Cup Race (compliments of the FedEx #11 Joe Gibbs Racing Team Driver Denny Hamlin) and be written in English. 250 character maximum for each entry. Entrants must also electronically acknowledge and agree to the terms of Sponsor's Privacy Policy and Official Rules when submitting the online entry form as instructed. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that Sponsor in its sole discretion determines: (a) may infringe on third party rights or (b) contains material that is inappropriate or offensive. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Sponsor Entities are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed computer transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise or for any damage to entrant's or other person's hardware or software as a result of participation. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. Entries must be manually key-stroked; use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. All entries become property of Sponsor. Limit one (1) entry per week (Monday-Sunday) ("Contest Week") during the Contest Period. Schedule of Contest Weeks will be those posted online at www.dennyhamlin.com/seats and are subject to change without notice. You may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders from Sponsor Entities (individually). Consenting to receive promotional or reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to enter the Contest and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of the applicable Sponsor Entity and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.

WINNER SELECTION: All entries entered during a particular Contest Week will be judged against each other. For each Contest Week, Denny Hamlin, along with a panel of Sponsor's or its agent's employees, whose participation is at their sole discretion, will choose one (1) winning entry based on the following criteria: (a) Inspirational Quality (50%), (b) Originality/Creativity (25%) and (c) Sincerity (25%). In the event of a tie, the most Inspirational entry will win. Non-winning entries will not carryover to the next Contest Week. Decisions of the judges and Sponsor are final as to all contest-related matters. Sponsor reserves the right to post the winning entries, along with the entrant's first name, last initial and city, at www.dennyhamlin.com/seats, though Sponsor has no obligation to do so.

PRIZE: Each eligible Contest week during the Contest Period, one (1) winner will be chosen to receive four (4) tickets to one (1) NASCAR Sprint Cup Race as solely determined by the Sponsor. For NASCAR race events, each winner and his/her guests must carry photo-ID at all times; cannot wear shorts, sleeveless shirts, or open-toed shoes; and must abide by all other rules relating to the race, venue, and event. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portions of prize. Each guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18 in the U.S.), unless child or legal ward of winner, and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. If a winner is not available to attend the NASCAR Sprint Cup Race on the date specified by Sponsor, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner; and an alternative winner will not be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide tickets to any event no cash equivalent will be awarded and no substitution will be made. ARV of each prize is up to $400.00USD each (up to $100.00 per ticket). In order to receive a prize a winner and their guests must sign applicable release and waiver forms provided by Sponsor. Each winner is responsible for payment of all applicable taxes on the prize won and for any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specifically identified in these rules.

ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

CONDITIONS: Sponsor Entities shall have all rights to copy, edit, broadcast, publish and use, in whole or in part, any entry, copyrighted or copyrightable materials, in any manner without further compensation (except where prohibited by law). Winners and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the Contest, agree to release DH Racing, Inc.; Joe Gibbs Racing, Inc; International Speedway Corporation Subsidiaries or Affiliates, Speedway Motorsports Incorporated.; Dover Motorsports Incorporated; Pocono Raceway Inc; Federal Express, a subsidiary of FDX Corp., Motorsports Management International, LLC, Promotion Group Central Inc. ("Sponsor Entities") and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development, evolvement and execution of this Contest from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Contest, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity, or any typographical or other error in these rules, or the announcement of offering of any prize, or administration of the contest. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Contest (or any portion thereof), or if the administration, integrity, fairness, proper play and/or feasibility of the Contest (or any portion thereof) is undermined by virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, technical difficulties or any event or cause, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Contest without notice or further obligation. In the event Contest is cancelled, the Sponsor reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to award the prizes for the Contest Week at issue from among all non-suspect eligible Entries received for such Contest Week up to the time of such cancellation.

WINNER: Names of winners are available upon request by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked by 11/30/09 to Denny's Seat's Contest Winners, 157-A Cedar Pointe Dr. Mooresville, NC 28117.
